Academic Background
Master’s degree in Social Sciences/Gender Studies/Economics/Business, or other discipline relating to Gender Equality and Governance. -
Experience
A minimum of five to seven (5-7) years of progressively responsible experience in a similar role. -
Working Area
The position is based in Dhaka, but travel is mandatory to the working areas outside Dhaka. -
Remuneration
The total monthly salary will be Tk 79,913.00 plus bonus and increment as per organizational policy.

• Assistant Project Manager (APM) For the “SWADHINATA” Project of Manusher Jonno Foundation
Working Conditions: The position is based in Dhaka, but travel is mandatory to the working areas outside Dhaka. This is a fixed-term contractual position for the project period.
Purpose: The Assistant Project Manager will be directly responsible for implementing day-to-day project activities in the field by providing guidance and advice. He/she will be responsible for ensuring the profile registration of targeted beneficiaries, monitoring the capacity building efforts provided /conducting training for the different target groups of the project. He or she will support the local partners in implementing the activities in the field.
